Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross is reportedly desperate and turned to her lawyers to recover her nude photographs back from Phoenix-based agent David Hans Schmidt, who has more than 200 personal photos of Marcia Cross - some of them showing the actress nude showering outside. The story goes like this: David claims that the photographs were discovered by one of the employees of a carting firm that had been hired to remove trash from Desperate Housewives star home in Loss Angeles. As an answer Marcia’ lawyers said the actress and her husband were thrown out by mistake and that the photographs are the copyrighted property of the Celebrity couple. The qustion is if Schmidt sell the pictures to the media or to Marcia Cross?There are some pictures of her showering outside. She looks absolutely gorgeous. And yes, the carpet does match the curtains. The pictures were not stolen. When you throw something away, you forfeit that property. We recognize the copyright issue, but U.S. copyright law stops at the border. I’m not looking to mortify Ms. Cross. I just want the most money for my client.

Surprised? According to the to media reports, the Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson has signed a deal to make her first record, Scarlett Sings Tom Waits. The album is being recorded right as we speak and is set to be finished through the winter. The album is believed to be released next spring (2007) from Rhino Records’ currently re-activated Atco label while sources suspect that the eventual release date will coincide with Johansson’s movie schedule. Other detalis about this news comes from Fox News, which says that the Hollywood Celebrity Scarlett Johansson is recording a whole album of songs by premier singer/songwriter Waits.
