Kevin Federline will sell sex tape

In the smartest - and sleaziest - move yet, Kevin Federline is using his alleged 4-hour sex tape with Britney Spears to leverage custody of the children and $30 million. He's already been offered $50 million by companies wanting to distribute it on the web, but says he'd sell it back to Britney for $30 million and custody of their two kids. A source close to Federline says:

"At the time the two of them were in the honeymoon stages of the relationship and couldn't keep their hands off each other. They did nothing all day but have sex - and play the odd game of chess. They were insatiable and they believed they would be together forever. Britney didn't think twice about making the video at the time. She mistakenly believed that their love would last. They adored filming each other. They lived their lives in front of the cameras - even making a short-lived reality TV show of their exploits. Sex was no different to them, it seems. Now this video could prove very costly to her. Millions of people will be prepared to pay to watch. Kevin has told Britney she should comply with his demands otherwise the whole world will see her having sex, which will be devastating. At the moment Kev is in talks with a company in Arizona about putting the four-hour sex vid online. If it all goes to plan he'll make [$50 million] from it."

If Britney doesn't cave and hand over the children I'm sure a judge will. Because when you see a man of such moral character and integrity as Kevin Federline there's no way you can deny him the privelege of raising children. This guy makes Abraham Lincoln look like Hitler.

Laurence Fishburne and the paparazzi

Laurence Fishburne showed off his true dislike for the paparazzi after chasing one down and dishing out a ten-minute lecture on manners. Fishburne spotted the photographer snapping pictures of the him outside his Los Angeles home over the weekend. Seconds later, the "Mission Impossible 3" star took off after the lingering photog. Once Larry caught up to the fleeing man, he sat him down on a neighbor's lawn and told him exactly what he thought about the man's job. Nice catch!

Britney Spears files for divorce in L.A.

Britney Spears filed for divorce Tuesday from Kevin Federline, officials said. The Los Angeles County Superior Court filing cites "irreconcilable differences," said court spokeswoman Kathy Roberts.

Spears, 24, married rapper Kevin Federline, 28, in 2004. They have a 1-year-old son, Sean Preston, and an infant son who was born Sept. 12. The divorce papers identify the baby as Jayden James Federline.

A message left with Spears' attorney, Laura Wasser, was not immediately returned.

Spears married Federline eight months after ending a 55-hour Las Vegas marriage to her childhood friend, Jason Alexander. Her second marriage has provided endless fodder for tabloids, which have speculated frequently that the union was in trouble.

Calls left for Federline's representatives also were not immediately returned.

The filing comes just a day after Spears, back in shape after the birth of her second child, made a surprise appearance on David Letterman's Late Show in New York by popping up behind him as he was sitting at his desk.

Federline appeared in the movie You Got Served and performed as a backup dancer for singer Justin Timberlake, Spears' former boyfriend. He was previously involved with actress Shar Jackson of TV's Moesha. Federline and Jackson have two children.

Angelina & Cameron: Move Over, Ladies!

Doofy Adam Sandler and pudgy Kevin James are showing their love for Brad Pitt and Justin Timberlake -- well at least on the set of their new film "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry."

The funnymen were snapped marching down the street, sporting "Mrs. Pitt" and "Mrs. Timberlake" t-shirts. Even though we wish they were wearing these shirts of their own free will, they were just in wardrobe for a gay pride parade scene being shot on the streets of Los Angeles on Thursday.

Bob Barker retires!

After half a century on TV and 32 record breaking years on The Price is Right, Bob Barker feels it’s time to go:

“I will be 83 years old on December 12 and I’ve decided to retire while I’m still young. I’ve gone on and on and on to this ancient age because I’ve enjoyed it. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it and I’m going to miss it.”

Barker added that he’ll work on animal-rights causes and might consider movie roles.
